For service-based purchases, work will begin within 3 business days following the receipt of payment.
The estimated timeline for service completion will be provided to the customer before the order is processed.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided if the product is defective or not as described. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund request.
Refunds for services rendered will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the service has not commenced, a full refund may be issued.
If the service is partially completed, a prorated refund may be offered. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Customers may cancel service orders before work begins for a full refund.
If work has already commenced, cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service fee. The remaining balance may be refunded, depending on the progress of the work.
